By registering for or using Tapaak, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity conducted through your account.

You are responsible for all content, images, logos, business information, and other information you provide to Tapaak. You must ensure that the content you provide does not violate applicable laws or the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights.

You agree not to use Tapaak to:

• Upload or publish illegal, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or another user's account.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Tapaak may use artificial intelligence to generate website content based on information you provide. AI-generated content is provided as-is. Tapaak does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all website content before publishing it.

You retain ownership of images, logos, and other content that you upload to Tapaak. By uploading content, you grant Tapaak the rights necessary to store, process, host, and display that content as part of providing the service. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to use any images, logos, or other content you upload.

Upon successful payment, your website is published on a Tapaak subdomain (for example, yourname.tapaak.com). You may choose an available subdomain before publishing. Once your website is published and the subdomain is configured, the subdomain cannot be changed. Tapaak subdomains are not custom domains.

Website publishing is valid for one year from the date of successful publication. When the publishing period expires, your website is unpublished and is no longer publicly accessible. You may renew your publishing at the applicable pricing available at the time of renewal. After renewal, you can publish your website again from your dashboard.

Payment of ₹999 is required to publish your website. Payment is processed through our payment provider (Razorpay). By making a payment, you agree to the applicable payment terms. Please also refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

The Tapaak platform, including its design, code, software, and features, is owned by Tapaak or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit the platform or its proprietary components without permission, except as permitted by applicable law. User-provided content remains subject to the user's ownership rights and the licence necessary to provide the service.

Tapaak will endeavour to keep the service available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Tapaak may perform maintenance, updates, security work, or other operational activities that temporarily affect availability.

Tapaak may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for prohibited purposes. Where an account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms, refunds may not be available, subject to applicable law and the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tapaak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.

Tapaak may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised 'Last updated' date.
