BizSite AI is a digital service. We do not sell or ship any physical products. There is no physical delivery involved.

How Your Website is Delivered

After successful payment and successful publishing, your website is delivered digitally and becomes publicly accessible through its assigned Tapaak subdomain.

Example: https://yourname.tapaak.com

In most cases, your website is published and accessible within a few minutes of successful payment.

Website Validity

Your published website remains accessible for one year from the date of successful publication or renewal. After expiry, the website may no longer be publicly accessible until renewed.

Subdomain

You may choose an available Tapaak subdomain before publishing. Once your website is published and the subdomain is configured, the subdomain cannot be changed. Tapaak subdomains are not custom domains (for example, a Tapaak subdomain is yourname.tapaak.com, not yourname.com).

Issues with Delivery

If your payment is successful but your website is not published due to a technical issue, please contact us at support@tapaak.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
