Cancellation & Refund Policy

BizSite AI allows you to create a website, generate AI content, and preview your website before making any payment. Payment of ₹999 is required only when you choose to publish your completed website. Once payment is successful, your website is published on a Tapaak subdomain for one year.

You may stop the process at any time before completing payment. No charge will be made. Your draft website will remain saved in your account.

If your payment is successful but your website cannot be published due to a technical failure attributable to BizSite AI, please contact us at support@tapaak.com. We will review the situation and work to resolve it or process a refund where applicable.

Once your website has been successfully published and the one-year publishing period has started, the ₹999 publishing fee is generally non-refundable, as the digital service has been delivered. Exceptions may apply where required by applicable law or where otherwise approved by Tapaak on a case-by-case basis.

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same service, please contact us at support@tapaak.com with your payment details. Verified duplicate payments will be reviewed and refunded where applicable.

Approved refunds will normally be processed within 5–7 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or bank.

Renewal payments are subject to the pricing and refund policy applicable at the time of renewal.
